However, you might want to call Adonia at TLC. It's possible that Charmane is also available through her, and probably for less. Truthfully, the stars set their rates - that is how much they want to get out of each session, and the agencies add their fee on top of that. But, in general, I think Adonia has lower agency fees than Lourdes. I mean just look at their policies on UTR access - Adonia gives access to her UTR list for free whereas Lita asks for $1000 (or is it $1500 - I forget).
Now I'm not saying that you could book Charmane for $1000 
And I have no idea how the session would go. My experience with Charmane has only been at Exxxotica shows and she doesn't impress me as the type that would give a GFE experience. She impresses me as a money-hungry woman who would give, at best, an average personal session unless she was really into you. But that could just be her persona at her booth or possibly even her attitude toward me.
The two times that I saw her at Exxxotica, she had very few if any people go up to her booth as she texted on her cell phone the majority of the time. She didn't seem very friendly or interested to be there. Thus, I would think twice about seeing her because I doubt a GFE and/or PSE experience would be in your future.

I paid nothing to get verified. It was not a painful process. I got to speak to Lita on the phone during the process, which was treat anyway since I was a fan of hers back when she was in porn.
After being verified, I was sent a list of her roster. It was broken down by location (city). This included some who had an "UTR" designation. It did not include rates. PLEASE DON"T ASK ME WHO IS ON IT. I WILL NOT TELL YOU.
This was before she started the "Untouchables" thing. She made it clear that were others who not on the list for various reasons and if I had anyone in mind not listed to ask. She also told me that if I wanted to access her site, I could put down a 1k deposit that could applied toward my first appointment as long as it was within 60 days. I passed on this without even asking what the benefit of site access would be. I don't live in a place that gets a lot of PS traffic, so the 60 day clause was not going to work for me.
Since then I have asked who's available in a specific city when I've traveled. The answer has come in the same form as the full list, but only the portion for that specific city. Since she started the "Untouchables" program, the city list has included the word "Untoucheable" in bold letters. I GUESS that means that one or more of her "Deep UTR" ladies are there.
I assume if I ask for the full list she will give it to me. That is an assumption though as I have not actually asked.
So unless it's changed in the past year, you can get verified and access to a somewhat complete roster list without paying a dime.

Mr French is absolutely correct that you can find lower rates elsewhere. I've compared their rates with both TLC and Helpubookher and found those two to be much lower.
Charmane is number on all my lists, except the "to see" list. She is my #1 ATF pornstar. But for reasons others have mentioned, I think I'd probably take a pass on seeing her.
That being said, I have of course asked pretty much every agency about her. Here's what I've determined. She is not available. Whether that means she's not available at all, not available when she travels or not available when she's in the US I can't say for sure. She lives in Dubai and since Lisa Ann told us, we all know what that means.
Just my two cents worth. I n he long run my opinion is that there plenty of pornstar fish in the sea and most of them are much easier to catch and probably more fun to play with.

To have access to the UTR list, you have to put down 5K, but that 5K goes to whatever appointments you want to setup.
One thing I will say about the UTR list, although the prices might be high, Lourdes definitely represents some hard to get girls that other provides don't have on their rosters
Charmane is one that I would pay a premium to see, or at least I would have a few years ago. I have seen another popular pornstar numerous times who knows Charmane and has done scenes with her. They were both represented by Exotica 2000 about 10 years ago. This other other pornstar said Charmane was probably just not comfortable with escorting....maybe just not cut out for it. She said Charmane had a couple or a few dates with good clients of Exotica 2000 where she just did not do what's expected. She said the agency even agreed to give refunds and Charmane decided it wasn't for her. I've this discussion with the other pornstar because I wanted her to refer me to Charmane (she has referred me to others).
So, unless Charmane has had a significant change in attitude about escorting, I'll pass. Too bad because if I knew I would have a good GFE session with her, I'd pay 3.5K with no remorse at all, enjoy the hell out of it, leave her a tip, then ask her if she was available the next day.
