I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt because they were new and so I put aside my concerns, but as I mentioned awhile back when I posted about them, with their poor website design and security issues something didn't sit right with me about the whole operation.  

And it's sad to see I was right.  

As for other problems with them:  

1. Having to pay different amounts of money for different "levels" of membership is wrong. No one else does that and it's a money grab.  

2. The fact that the site gets completely redesigned at least once a week is another sign they don't know what they're doing.  

3. The selection of girls is abysmally low compared to other agencies.

4. And having to pay a deposit to book is something I fundamentally disagree with. And getting ripped off is the main reason why

You may have read my post on 3/21 regarding asking for a refund when the provider doesn't show up. Well, its been a month and no deposit refund, so I am here to warn everyone about Private Play Agency. They took a deposit and will not return it. The provider was Tanner Mayes. I noticed she recently received a pretty bad review (not from me, maybe I should have posted this part sooner). Any, my advice would be not to deal with either Tanner or Private Play.

If we were able to completely redesign our site every week, i think we're in the wrong business.  It would be more profitable and much less of a headache to become a web developer.  

it may seem like we completely we redesign it because everyone else in the business that hasn't updated their website since 2003.  Thanks to modern technology and MVC architecture websites are much more dynamic and personalized.  

We are not in the business of ripping our clients off.  We couldn't rip off enough clients to pay for what we have invested in technology to give our clients a better and more personalized user experience.  

Thank you for the compliment that our website seems to change completely every week.  That means what we're trying to do is working as it continually keeps fresh in client's minds.  If we didn't know what we were doing, we'd have a static html site or one from escortfiles.com.

We contacted you immediately shortly after the incident after trying to resolve the issue with Tanner.  We emailed you on March 22 apologizing for what had happened with her.  We offered several ways to resolve the issue.  Please see attached email from our gmail inbox as well as help desk software.  as you can see sent date and no reply in gmail and your email is not registered in our help desk system.  We haven't received a call or text or email a PM on here from you in almost 2 months.  .  We have not received a response whatsover from you either via email or our support site.  

Like many of our clients, you were probably busy and preoccupied with other things but it's shocking and we apologize that you think we wouldn't work with you to get you your deposit back.  

Please contact us and we will square this out.

This response was a total lie... They NEVER tried to resolve this at all.
