Are you referring to the woman in the link I provided?
If so, she is a dancer/hostess at clubs/strip clubs in the Toronto area.  
She is usually followed by a few of her girlfriends as well. She eludes to private meetings but has never responded to my inquiries (only twice) of possible private time. Which seems to be her M.O.
From what some other local hobbyists have said, she asks you to come to the given location she is dancing at to discuss further. Seeing as I don't visit clubs thanks to my awkward social game and she seems to cater to the hip-hop scene, not only would I feel out of place I would be out of place. If I were younger and more hip I may have ventured to discuss.
