Well, Vicki, if your going in the right direction there will be something pointing the way, lol. Really though, if you treat the date right, like a real date, you will go far towards getting popular real quick. It is as much seducing the mind as it is the body honey. Hi Vicki, Sounds like you are right where I was in the beginning. I was desparate for information, so I asked, begged, and still not one person would help me. While attending the school of hard knocks, it dawned on me I must help myself first and foremost. The number one most important thing I did was read. Read and research. Then read some more. ALL the info is out there, it was my responsability to find it. I won't offer any advise. But I will point you to a good escort support site.
1) Vegas is nicknamed Sin City so guys will come into town looking for sex. For some, it's because they want something they can't get at home. You'd be surprised how many guys just want a BJ and not have to go all the way. I guess we have to thank Bill Clinton cause getting BJs and inserting cigars isn't considered sexual relations.
2) While some people might charge less for something like BJs only, generally, most indies will post rates based on time for companionship only. The only exception (and not a very popular one around here) is FBSM (full body sensual massage). 3a) There's a couple ways to go about this business, one is not care for your rep and just do whatever. If you're working through the agencies or drumming up business at the bars, your rep really count for much since no one is doing (many) reviews for those. 3b) If you want to be known for providing good service (and get the better word of mouth via reviews posted here and elsewhere), it helps to have your own website with most of the info available there for potential clients. Since you're handling your own PR, take advantage of the message boards and post once a week (or less often) to let people know you're available. Using a phone number publicly is a sure fire way of getting calls for last minute appointments (most guys tend to be lazy and call when they're ready instead of planning in advance). Most indies prefer some level of comfort via referrals/verifications which takes time to do. Be prepared for a barrage of emails (some complain here that they get hundreds a day).
4) Having photos on a website or available via email will help. It's up to you if you want to protect your privacy (via obscuring your face in your photos) with the potential downside being losing some potential clients because of it.
5) If you go the personal website route, make sure it's obvious that you work (primarily) in Las Vegas. The Internet is global but you're only in one place at any time. Some websites make it hard to figure out where they're based/located.
6) Guys tend to go overboard in Vegas. Don't be surprised if a percentage of them cancel at the last minute (or don't bother showing up). Whether it's losing money in the casinos, spending too much, important meeting came up, etc. Some people like to counter with a deposit but on the short calls (up to 3 hours), you'll probably end up not getting much business since most don't require deposits and the agencies can find somebody at the last minute (or they can troll the bars looking for working girls).
