Lots of places. I've had good luck at the Flamingo bars. The Celebrity Bar in the back or Bugz's up by the pit.

Check out the bars at just about any major casino/hotel property starting at about 10PM (the La Femme bar at MGM for example). You'll find more later in the week. Fri & Sat best days. Security will sometimes move them out, but they usually come back a little while later.
Still can't figure out why anyone would go to the bars and actually pick up a working girl, when there are so many great indies available. You'll prob pay too much and get too little. It can be fun to "observe", however.
I understand the indie routine, but... You can have a good time with out having to set an appointment days or weeks in advance. Be selective. Buy her a drink and talk a little. You can pretty well find out what to expect. There usually is some sort of tip off about what kind of provider they are.
