Everytime someone like this appears he turns into a monster (which they are) but now they look ugly, crazy and you can see the evil in their eyes and stuff. But before that they look like normal people.
and that's what's scary.

But then there is the other side like the actors on movies and tv who look evil and mean and that's why they're given those roles... but in real life they all nice and cool and normal.
