if i had 265 reviews and had a chance to see a hottie like Jynx Maze..the answers to these questions would be the last thing on my mind..

Is a valid question. I no long spend any time wondering. The fact is I think the actions speak for themselves. they don't care and just have no basic manners. The business is messed up and a far cry from the way it was a few years ago. its hard to make heads or tails of anything.
I often answer ISO posts. But, I dont necessarily do it for the person who posted it, because my experiences has been that they just don't get back to you. Now that hasn't been 100% of the time, cuz I have had a FEW that turned into appointments.
I answer them because there maybe someone else who is just reading the board and not posting who is looking for something similar and he is the one that would be more likely to actually reach out.
I am also the kind of person who likes to give people the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes it may be a person who just isn't familiar with the search option. Or someone who really did get a last minute cancellation.
Now I can say, that when I first started posted on the board, I answered EVERY SINGLE ISO post and now I just answer some here and there. Or at least try to. And if it is someone that seems like they aren't serious, I PM them, because my opinion is if you don't have either the 20 bucks a month, or post 2 reviews a month- then you're probably not going to actually make an appointment.
Aside from the ISO ? all your other questions baffle most of us, I would assume. Laziness is everywhere, and on the internet is it so much worse.

A number of months back you PM'd me responding to my ISO post, recommending a friend of yours. I plan on following up on your recommendation when I am in that part of town in a couple of months. Thanks for taking the time to try and help me out. That gesture created a lot of good will in my mind.
I answer ISOs that i really feel I'm qualified to answer, and where I feel I exceed expectations. If someone is looking for something that's of particular interest to me, I'll also answer that as well.
Most of the time when I answer ISOs, they happen to be for more taboo or "outside the box" requests. I'd hope by now that most who frequent this and a few other boards know that those types of requests are indeed my specialty, but for those that don't frequent the boards and are shy to ask, it helps to identify me as someone who could fulfill their want.
The person who posts the ISO rarely responds. Those guys that do respond when the position has been filled, kudos to you. It's incredibly considerate. Now, I will say that I have booked appointments with guys that saw my response to an ISO and contacted me because of that response.
In fact, I just answered an ISO for dirty talk at the top of the page, and thought to myself "why the hell am i answering this? this guy isn't going to respond". then I remembered; I responded because I truly enjoy the opportunity to talk in that manner, and enjoy the reciprocity from someone who is as equally into it. So, whether or not i get a response from the original ISO isn't really of consequence. I put it out there that I really enjoy dirty talk, so hopefully that will draw people to me who enjoy it as well
