If you need a newbie friendly lady then do your research according to that. There are many ladies around that are very highly reviewed and are newbie friendly. Myself included.
Howeve , most importantly,II would search the reviews for what you are desiring according to looks. Then check out their website and see if they are newbie friendly and what their rules and requirements are. There is no reason why you cannot send a very sweet introductory email asking if they are newbie friendly. Keep the emails polite and no way shape or form graphic or asked for rates and you will have a much better chance of setting up a date with that.

I know you wanted information about the agency you mentioned but I'm well reviewed and will be in Orlando all week if you'd like to meet with somebody who's reasonably priced, well reviewed and easy to schedule with. If you can't easily find information about the agency or their ladies, I would take that as a sign/red flag.
Besides there's so many well reviewed independent women in the area who don't have a million people a day coming in and out of their door, and who don't have to report to anybody else or share the money paid. I still don't quite understand why so many people use agencies regardless of the potential risks.
