I've done a foursome, but never a "sevensome" I imagine all you have to do is pay six different girls their rate. Depending on the country you are in, it could be rather cheap in somewhere like Thailand, in the US or even S Korea or Japan, most likely it will end up costing you a few bucks.
I would guess the easiest way to arrange something like this would be through an agency or MP. You could simply go to a decent sized MP and ask the mamas an to see "all of her girls" at once. Money talks.
