Mary O Malley See my TER Reviews 3028 reads

Thanks for the wonderful recommendation!  I really appreciate it!  I wish this weren't still an issue, but it seems to be.  TER simply won't relent on publishing new reviews, and some simply won't see me if they can't read it for themselves... and I'm caught somewhere in the middle trying to find a solution.  If you have any other suggestions on how to remedy this situation, I would love to hear them.....

As many of you know, I posted awhile back about TER's refusal to post new reviews about me because I had the reviews removed during my 'hiatus'.  I don't generally post my problems in a public forum, so I won't go into the reasons why they were taken down.  Suffice it to say it was necessary at the time.  I've explained the situation, again, to TER in greater detail, but they remain unsympathetic and steadfast in their refusal to allow new reviews about me.

I have talked to many gentlemen who are lurkers here.... they never post and they never write reviews, but they do read them.  Despite my good reputation here among those who know me, they have refused to see me because I have no reviews posted here.

So, here are my thoughts:  I am loathe to give up my name, but I understand that purely as a business decision, I might have to do just that.  If I did change my name, I'd like to keep my first name and change only the last name.  That way, my identity crisis would only be a small one.... ;) I'd also like to keep an Irish last name.... not some porn star name like Mary Fuckemgood.  While it might be true (wink, wink), it would not really fit my personality.

My questions for you (ladies and gents alike) are:  What are your thoughts about changing my name? and What last name would you suggest?

Having seen Mary twice I can say she is truely a GFE .... Beautiful, mature, witty, fantastic conversationalist, and best of all excellent in bed. Mary is very open, warm, and tender.  She has a soft gentle touch about her.  Mary's oral skills are equall to anyones. Mary's soft smooth creamy skin is a delight to spoon and caress.  I just can't see why this is still such an issue .... any questions about Mary feel free to email me here ... or at [email protected] ....p

Great suggestion.  Thanks!  It would certainly keep me from having to change my e-mail address or web address.....

If Mary Fuckmegood hasn't been used.. why not.. it's terrific marketing.. direct and " to the point" if you ' get my drift
i'm sure you would have no problem living up to your
" good name"

the other board where you are allowed reviews. Start posting over there, both starting and replying to discussions and your 'one a week ad' post. Staff here will just figure out your new name and still not allow reviews.

...that the "other" board/site yor refer to REQUIRES me to use a more recent web browser that I'm able to install on my current computer system. I know I'm behind the times, but I still get pissed off at websites which try and DICTATE to their guests what technology one must have in order to even access the most basic information on their sites. Not everyone is able to have/get/install (or even wants) the so-called "latest & greatest" technology. The Internet is most useful to the greatest number of people when websites are kept simple and platform independent. So if you're involved with that "other" site, please pass on to them that because of their shortsighted browser restrictions, they can just FOAD because they've kissed my patronage goodbye long ago!

SpeedRacer,

I have an old ass Windows 98 computer and I have no problems over there. Not sure what your problem is. What kind of error message do you get from there?

Top,

It tells me I need to install a newer version of Netscape. Problem is I can't - they don't make one for my OS anymore. The equivilent Mozilla browser would work, but it requires a much faster CPU than I have, more space, memory, etc. Not to mention my time and trouble to download and install it. The larger question is, why does "brand X" (the "other" major escort message board) need to be so fancy with their programming in that they need to exclude folks with older browsers?

I know I'm on the losing side of this equation, and I will at some point buy a new computer with much more speed/space/memory and (of course) the "correct" (monopolistically dictated) operating system. I just don't like to be told I HAVE to do this just in order to view websites which should be trying to attract me (and others) to their pages rather than making life more difficult. End of rant!

Take care, Top!

Speed Racer

I've seen this same whine from you on other boards and about other sites as well as the one you mention here.

No one is dictating anything.  Its pretty simply - don't update / upgrade and give up a lot. Its your choice.
Move on - or we would all be stuck chiseling in stone!

Now go see an Indy provider - go ahead whine about my use "Indy" but remember this board isn't about car races.

Unfortunately, those that I've talked to either don't like that board, or don't have a membership there and don't want one either.

Your point about TER knowing about the name change is a valid one.  I wonder how those girls who've reinvented themselves manage to get new reviews posted.

I thought I might give it a try anyway.  I have to do something.... unless you have a better suggestion for getting TER to change it's mind......

...combining your current first name with your old stage name from your Chicken Ranch days: Mary Faith? Or, if you want to keep the Irish theme - Mary O'Faith. Might catch the eye of some of your old friends/clients from back in the day. Just an thought. Best "o'luck" in getting future reviews posted here on TER, just make sure the first one gets your "stats" correct (I've been seeing a lot of blatent errors lately)!

Warmest regards,
Speed Racer

Hi HOney,
Since you want yo stay Irish. I think that you should go with.

(Mary O'Shea) very Irish and still classy and sheek just like you are sweetie.
I also thought of Mary O'Im in Heaven, but that does not really  go together LOL
Good luck honey

hi sweety, how about MOM or mommy, ..since this is a democratic forum-why don't we vote on whether to reinstate you name. you have my vote.

Thanks for the in-put sweetie.  Maybe if all my fans were to write letters to TER asking for them to take new reviews about me.... I don't know if such a thing would work or not, or if someone knows anyone on staff who could get some sort of discussion going.... Just throwing out ideas.  I don't know if anything will work at this point.  In all honesty.... don't think I would ever use MOM or mommy..... conjures up too many people who want to pretend their children.... just not something that is my cup of tea.  Thanks, again, though for taking some time to in-put your ideas!

Hmm, I am a fan of things Irish so I'll take a stab at some new names.  It should be easy to spell, remember and pronounce.  I'll add that IMHO TER is the #1 board for Las Vegas so although it's a pain it might be worth the hassle to change your name.

You could go with a different Irish last name:
Mary O'Hare
Mary Killian
Mary Malone

You could use a city in Ireland:
Mary Dublin
Mary Kilkenny
Mary Limerick
Mary Donegal
Mary Shannon (although there has been some confusion with the name Shannon here in the past)

You could use something associated with Ireland:
Mary Guinness
Mary Irish Potato (hey they can't all be winners)

They were all great suggestions..... (except maybe the Irish Potato thing.. LOL).  Thanks!  If anyone has any suggestions for getting TER's attention and relenting on their policy (besides changing my name.... and all the hassle that goes along with it), I'm all ears....
