Internet fraud is indeed a federal crime. It is handled by the post office. Their email is [email protected].
Additionally, you might wish to contact the company that is providing the anonymous website. If you do a whois search on their url, it will give you the contact information. This company has an antifraud policy and they should terminate the business.
(I know this because I went down this road with "Silvia Saint." Same send the money to Chicago, etc. I was lucky, I backed out.)
I posted some suggestions for goatman about what he could do about his experience with a scam he fell victim to in a reply to the Bonita Saint Ripoff post below, but I didn't want it to get lost in the long thread.

Since it's likely she's innocent in this scam, she deserves to know when something like this happens with someone using her name (and hurting her business). Hobbyists who have seen her, provider friends or anyone who knows how to contact her should do it and let her know.
