I've said before that I'm not adverse to sending a girl a deposit IF she's well established as a diligent provider with an established track record for being dependable.  I sent Sara Jay a deposit without a second thought, and I'd have no problem sending a deposit to women like Keisha, Kathy Willets, Candy Cotton, Nikki D., Ryan Conner, and many others who I feel are trustworthy.

The keyword to remember though is a "reasonable" deposit... Sara Jay asks for $200.

I don't know of ANY legitimate PSE's who require payment in full, and if one does, it should immediately raise a red flag.  Even when you're flying her into your city for a multi-hour meeting, the most I've seen asked for is 50% plus airfare.

So to sum up my philosophy regarding deposits... A new girl  who hasn't established her reliability?  NO...  A reasonable deposit to a PSE with a proven record of dependability?  YES... ANY provider who asks for pre-payment in full?  NEVER

Let me start by saying that I take full responsibility for my actions. Sometimes the “little head” clouds the thinking of the “big head”.
I decided a month or so ago to see if there was any info out there about Bonita Saint. I searched the PornStar board and came across a thread from this summer with an email address ([email protected]) and discussions regarding the legitimacy of the address and a site called “premiumcompanions.com”.
I sent an email to the Yahoo address and received a reply stating “This is one of my addresses. You can also reach me at my site clubbonitasaint.com Where are you located. City and state? Bo”
I replied that I live in Philly and would like to arrange a meeting.
She replied back “I am not there until Oct 23-29
I am booking now for these dates since things fill up pretty fast. Let me know the date, time and how long,$800 PH, better rates for 3 or more hours.Bo” This was early September.
I replied that would work so we set up a date. I ask for some request and received this in reply.
“All of your requests for the date are fine. Not a problem.10/23 at 10 am 2 hours. The total is 1,600
Please use a money order (paid to BDW) or USD funds by safe courier. Since I travel it will be forwarded to me. Nice advantage to traveling and still getting paid. Any other requests let me know. Please pay this by Sept 15 so I can book it. I block out all dates by Sept 17 so I can have everything ready.
Send to
BDW
XXX XXXX  Main ST #164
XXXX XXXXXX XX,XXX47 USA Chicago area
place note inside for Bonita
Bo”
The deposit required was the full amount for the date, which I sent in full, to the address listed. It did seem odd that the address included “USA” & “Chicago area” I know, no lectures please, “little head” thinking.
I than had another request that she OK’ed, and replied, “Confirmation when the fee is validated. I stay at a very nice hotel. We meet in the lobby. Bo”.
At the bottom of the email there was this tag  “Sponsored by www.mobile-focus.co.uk, For the latest smsc and mobile phone stuff! Its true better than all the competition.” This was probably another warning flag I should not have ignored. Damn that “little head”!
The last email I received (9/14) from her reads,
“The XXXXXX Hotel
XXX XXXXX XXXX XX Philadelphia, PA 19103
lobby
Bo
I sent an email to her on 10/13 to confirm the date, but I did not receive a reply. The day of the date, I still trudged downtown with the tiniest hope that the date might actually occur. I waited from 9:50am-10:45am in the lobby as asked. The lobby of this particular hotel is very small with only 4 chairs and the elevators empty out right there. She never showed up.
I sent an email yesterday (not expecting a reply) reading that if it was a mix-up let’s reschedule, if not I would appreciate a refund (I know, fat chance).
Lastly, the site”premiumcompanions.com” changed within the last week to “populargirls.net” and now has this large disclaimer, “Terms: we are not liable for any appts, broken appts or emails to and from these females. This is strictly between you and them.
We are not liable for refunds or payments as all payments are confidential and on their terms.
By emailing any of the people listed on this site you are agreeing to not hold liable this site and anyone associated with it.”
So there is my tale of woe. Bonita is either being misrepresented by someone or is quite unscrupulous and not the nice little former Penthouse Pet/PornStar we see in her videos.  If anyone is from the Chicago area and would like the address where I sent the deposit, and could help me retrieve it, email me here, I’ll give you half as retrieval fee.
Comments welcome.

The same website claims to represent Tera Patrick & Briana Banks among others.  It's NOT a new scam.

"If it seems too good to be true, it probably is" is a good adage to follow....

I feel your loss.  While I'm not as adament as some regarding deposits, I would NEVER pay in full, even if I was sure that I was really communicating with the pornstar herself.

Hopefully your experience will say some other poor hobbyist a few bucks.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE SITES THAT OFFER TOP NAME LADIES FOR CUT RATE PRICES!  THEY ARE ALL SCAMS!

You are now changing your point of view towards deposits stating,

>I would NEVER pay in full, even if I was sure that I was really communicating with the pornstar herself.

It might be very easy for you to impose this upon the pornstars because your board notoriety status that adds the intimidation factor upon the ladies but not for the majority of the members of this or any group.

Can we use your name as referral to try our luck?

cuz once again you're turning this thread to your own personal Jihad against Eddie (who will probably ignore you, so you're stuck with me) ... FYI what Eddie said was NOT in conflict with his past stance on deposits (you just read it that way cuz it suits you!) ... and your choice of (negative) words is (kinda)  interesting:  "impose" | "notoriety" | "intimidation" ... it seems to me these fictitious traits of Eddie's may actually be what YOU wished you had (so as to flex your muscles, as it were) ... cuz it sure sounds like envy to me

let's stay focused here, shall we?  this thread is about some poor schmuck (sorry, no offense) being conned out of his money by a (somewhat) novel and (mildly) clever scam that (some) folks (desperately) need to know about. he's already indicated he was thinking with his "little head" but there are other nuances here that are of interest to the board at large IMHO

*

but if all you wanna do is to tell Eddie what a jerk he is, JUST EMAIL HIM!!! (anonymous email accounts are cheap so just go create [email protected] and blast away to your heart's content) ... cuz believe me you're not winning any "hearts & minds" with your pesky posts here

Singleton, I understand that you have taken upon yourself the responsibility to make sure that Fast Eddie is protected from those of us that don't always agree with his arguments or that single out his convinient half-truths in order for you to continue receiving special treatments, but there is no need to take it to the extreme with coercion. I recall on one of your posts were you said that you rather put your head up Fast Eddie's @ss than anyone else’s, which I can understand the reasons you have become Fast Eddie's so-called board guardian.

I'm not jealous of you, Fast Eddie or anyone, "CUZ" I don't need to. I really don't go around bragging of what I've achieved or done except for my meetings and friendship with Holly but I do express my thoughts without fear of what others might think and until the Moderator decides to ban me, I shall continue expressing myself this way. You have no right to tell anyone how to respond to Fast Eddie or anyone here, "CUZ" YOU don’t intimidate anyone besides no one respects you. However, I do suggest if you disagree with my posts, you can do one of the following:

1. Anytime you see my Alias on any of the posts, IGNORE them.
2. Bring it up to the Moderator's attention.
3. Reply to my posts as you see fit (THIS IS YOUR BEST OPTION).

i'll do you one better ... i'll ignore your sorry ass and deny you the attention you crave!

LOL

Has anyone had an experience with Bonita -good or bad? I see she has three reviews on TBD but none on TER. I actually was considering booking her and have had correspondence with her but after seeing her scant record I would not pay a full deposit in advance.

Interesting thread. Forgetting the personal bashing all together, can someone here offer some suggestions on 1. how he gets his $ back 2. how he finds out who these people are and 3. how he gets in touch with the real Bonita, who will probably be pissed off that her hard-earned good rep is being used to scam guys?

Constructive suggestions is what the guy would probably want -and something we all can use.

My only suggestion is pay a deposit not the full amount and if you can -some of us can't --pay by credit card, so at least you can cancel the transaction.

Other suggestions??

i think the odds of closure on (1) and (2) are slim to non-existant ... i fear it's too late for that -- but i hope/pray i'm wrong (i KNOW how it must burn to be in his shoes)

as for (3) -- letting Bonita know -- him posting this is already the right first step ... hopefully others reading this who know her will tell her about the story ... but it never hurts for someone to directly contact her

but what got me was this agency "Premium Companions" ... it seems i've heard this name before and always in regards to some shady dealings (i have a vague recollection of making a mental note to steer clear of "PC"  but i could be confusing it with another agency) ... was this a reputable agency?  anyone know them well (an ex-client)?  something about this story tells me that PC wasn't entirely clean on this "heist"

---

i guess the moral of this story is:  NEVER SEND A DEPOSIT ... as the "never-send-a-deposit camp" has been advocating all along (and just when i was getting tired of hearing it too) ... actually i'm surprised to see even LOTR relaxing his stance a bit ... i personally think deposits are (on rare occasion) somewhat justified and to be 100% B&W on this issue can only mean two things:

1. you'll never again lose a deposit (yeah!  or  duh!)
2. you may miss out on some great dates that wouldn't fly without one  (d'oh!)

i like to evaluate each deal on its own merits in regards to #2 and what the depo$it means to me  vs. what the girl means to me

my own (modified) version of the mantra is:  always TRY to book direct and TRY not to send a deposit

In answer to the three questions listed:

Question 1.  In all likelihood, the money is gone, never to be recovered.  However, you might be able to get some justice and some satisfaction by doing the following...

Question 2.  Open one of the emails "she" sent and click on the "source'" button on the email program (In outlook or entourage, there should be a drop down menu named "VIEW", and the "SOURCE" selection is located there).  In other email programs, I don't know where it is, but it should be there somewhere.

Copy and save the contents of the window that opens... it contains the routing information starting at the source address of the originating email, throughout the various servers it traveled across the web, to your email address.

Since it's a yahoo account, contact yahoo and explain that you were the victim of a scam via one of their email accounts, that you sent money for a service that you never received and that once you sent the money the sender has not returned numerous emails from you asking for a refund.  Ask yahoo what they can do to help or if they have any suggestions as to what other recourse you may have.

If you really want to get medievil on their buttocks, (and why wouldn't you?) contact the police or the FBI.  I believe internet fraud is a federal crime.  Give them the source information you saved, along with the address you mailed the money to.  Remember, what you were doing might be embarassing, but it's perfectly legal.  There is no law against escorting... it's prostitution that LE frowns upon, and since you never met Bonita, no sexual activity took place, hence no laws were broken (and in reality, they probably wouldn't care if there were... they're more interested in catching the felons then they are about a john paying to get laid).

Next, I'd contact the U.S. Postal service and report that you were a victim of mail fraud.  Give them the address you sent the money to.  Again, mail fraud is a federal crime.

Will this help to get your money back?  Probably not, but it MAY prevent others from getting ripped off, and it MAY get the people who stole you money arrested and sent to jail, which next to recovering the funds would be a very satisfying thing.  For $1600, it's certainly worth the effort.

Question 3.  Email or contact any PSE that you know and (briefly) relay your story, asking that if they know Bonita to pass the information on to her.  Also ask any PSE that posts on the various discussion forums to copy and paste your story to the "providers only" sections that many of these boards have.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Most criminals aren't as smart as they think they are and email addresses aren't as secure as many assume, so they just might not have covered their tracks completely.  They also may rely on the fact that you were sending the money in order to set up a sexual tryst, and figure that you're married and won't complain or are too embarrased to pursue it, or that you're too afraid of some legal consequence to make waves.

Good luck, and keep us informed of any progress you make.

Well, at least you didn't send him a MO made out to "Cash".

There are just too many very good escorts who don't need a deposit up front. So why bother with the ones who do? Not that this was a legit encounter anyways. Every thing about it spelled $CAM.

Hey, I got this bridge in Brooklyn I'd like to sell you...
