The Delano is a great play hotel: There's no security or key needed to get upstairs, every room is like a suite (nice sitting area for conversation before playtime) You should have a fun and wild time no matter whom you choose to spend time with!

 Is the Delano at Mandalay Bay hobby friendly?  Looking to have a lot of fun next Wednesday or Thursday in Vegas next week, but since it's a work meeting, want to be discrete and avoid meeting in the lobby.  Any input is good.

The easiest to valet and get to the elevators. The rooms are pretty sexy too. I am looking for a fun time next week too.

I agree the Delano has a discreet entrance and elevator bank.  Rooms and decor are nice, and coming through the lobby is a 100,000,000 year old Rock. (Perhaps exaggerating a little bit) But the rest of the decor seems to match that Million year old rock.  

I adored The Hotel when it was new and until it recently changed to the Delano just as much as the new renovation.  I just remember always having a chuckle when a gent calls and says "I'm at The Hotel". And so forth. LOL. Mandalay Bay property generally has much to offer, I love it in the Summer and I love it in the Winter. Club Light is fun, The Foundation Room Lounge as well as MIX have fantastic views and a great place to mingle.  So many great places to dine as well, RM being one of my faves.
