there are people here who have.  One who makes no bones about it calls himself TheMoose so you might try to PM him and see if he feels like responding.  He's long been quite clear that all he does is BBFS with PS.  He's worked out a testing protocol that seems to work for him.
Personally, I won't do it but that's a decision adults can make so long as they are in possession of the facts re STD transmission.  CFS and CBJ are not without risk either, not to mention DATY.  So we are not playing a risk-free sport here.  BBFS takes that risk up a few notches, though testing can mitigate some of that.

If this is a path choose to go down, clear your desires with the lady of your choice UP FRONT before booking the appt to make sure she is ok with it....beyond that, your on the right path.  Look into either Cutting Edge or Talent Testing Services, as these are the places most of the industry uses and the ladies are most comfortable with.  Having both of you tested within the industry standard of 15 days is about as safe as one can be.

People have asked me before about bbfs, and I'll say this, I'm more comfortable doing it with someone I know is getting tested, and can PROVE it, rather than someone I may meet out at a bar one weekend.

First off, you are an adult and you are spending your own money. You don't have to apologize to a bunch of people you don't know over the Internet for something that will not affect them in anyway whatsoever. If they feel safer using protection than good for them, that is their decision and their decision alone and no one should criticize them for it. The inverse is also true, it's no one's business what your preference is either way. Don't apologize to anyone if your choices offend them. IF they are so offended by bareback sex than what are they doing watching porn?

I would assume you will have to pay a decent amount extra. You are going to have to pay for your own test and their test.  You'll probably also have to pay for the time that the girl loses from her day for going to the test and some will probably charge you for the "extra risk involved". Having unprotected sex isn't all that crazy like you said it was. I think getting married considering today's divorce and alimony laws is a lot more crazy than electing to pass on using protection.  

I don't think you need a list of which girls will allow you to go bareback. Pretty much every girl in the industry has unprotected sex for money so they are all open to the idea. You just have to decide how much money you are willing to spend in order to make your fantasy a reality. I'm sure each girl commands a different amount of money.

I think this might be a little easier if you met a woman you were already interested in once for a regular meeting and then discussed your preferences with her then. If you are normal, she'll probably be more comfortable skipping the condoms if she has met you once before and you can discuss it in person. Their aren't certain girls that industry I wouldn't fuck with a Haz-mat suit on after some of the things I've learned about them. I would not trust their test results for a variety of reasons. You'll be able to find out important information about any girls you meet if you are paying attention to her actions and if you ask her the right questions. I've found information out about certain girls from their peers, the woman I've met have told me which ones were IV drug users, which ones had a significant other whose sexual identity wasn't clear and other things that would make the risks associated with unprotected sex significantly more dangerous. I'm still baffled as to why any of these girls would be willing to work with any male performer who had done crossover work or with a male performer who works with transsexuals. That is not a bigoted statement because I don't care what anyone says, the risk goes up significantly when engaging in these types of behavior, its far more risky than unprotected vaginal sex
