On two ocaisions, while providing oral and digital gratification to two different providers, I encountered what felt like a small roough poatch in the front( Vemtral) side of the vagina just above the pubic bone.  In the case of one of the ladies this was absent on a repeat visit.
Would you please explain what it was I felt?
