There are probably close to 80 million exposed or carriers in the current generation of sexually active adults in the US, most without symptoms or consequences. I don't know what testing/vaccines they do in the porn clinics, but I doubt HPV is part of it.
How many hobbyists here get the HPV vaccine? Of course I use protection all the time, but condoms aren't enough to protect against HPV. I would hope that PS and escorts get the vaccine shots but now I am thinking it's better if I get it myself.
