you lean up against a wall you are on the floor one knee is up and folded and the other one is kind of bent over to the side it is really really sexy. I know for me I do a lot of research on the internet and I will mimic the professional models pose is I see in all the magazines and adult magazines I do a lot of research and I'll look in the magazines and try to mimic oppose that a model is doing.
I would suggest keeping a Victoria's Secret magazine handy as well as an issue of hustler. you can try out some of those poses but of course they will never be exactly like the other person's because it's you doing it so depending on your body shape and what not it will become a totally new position when you do it... there is a good one if you look up pin up models there is one where you lean over with your legs up against the bed so your legs are up and then your face is upside down I can't explain it I got the post links. there are two basic poses that models use one of them is a walking poles and one of them they call a dig pose.  
if you google walking pos or dig POS you'll get some tutorials from professional models on that
