I don't know anything about this one but just because they say something on twitter or in interviews doesn't always make it true . Some of these girls don't even post on twitter themselves they hire people to do it for them .

As far as I know there just a straight up agency . Every once in awhile you hear rumors that if you know the right people or know how to ask in the right way that some of the agencies might be able to help .
Honestly your best bet is to go to someone like Adiona at TLC . Even if she doesn't represent the girl she can try to reach out for you .
