Personally, I do a lot of dinners with providers but only ones I know reasonably well and whose company I know I enjoy.  I also only do them OTC.  Usually, it's after a session.  But I recently did one with a gal I know well where there was no session involved at all.  This is not a "one size fits all" world.

All men who can and will pay for dinner dates could just as easily have a free date.  They pay because they want the evening to be exactly what they want, no more or less.

Other than maybe a first date (or two), in rare situations, a man is VERY unlikely to pay and have his options foreclosed.  He can go on an ordinary date for that.

That said, I've been on plenty dinner dates that don't result in happy time.

I would gladly go on a dinner date and even cook for her which I have done in the past. It would be very hard so to speak to keep my hands off her though! Don't let a few stick n mud types spoil your fun keep posting baby.

Such as the post subject title "I think this is retirement number three for her".  Weird, huh?  I really don't understand why I'm so hated all of a sudden.  I make one little post and I get slammed for no reason at all!  I used to like our community, now I guess I should stick to reading or talking on the phone or Facebook seeing as I am not a respected part of the community any longer.

I charge separate for dinner dates. Many guys try to get the dinner date for free figuring that If they book and appointment that they should get dinner for free. I disagree. If your hungry and feel like you want to hang out with the guy for free for dinner then great. I charge a rate for private entertainment and a separate rate for dinner.  

Lots of ladies do that and I feel they are cheating themselves out money and time when they do that. Everyone can run their business anyway they like but I don't do that for my business. If your getting paid for all your time you can afford to buy your own dinner and eat where you want to eat
