Any of them that are doing bookings during that weekend probably already have bookings through TLC or one of the other agencies. So, if you're considering booking someone, the faster you do it the more likely you will be able to see who you want. Trying to arrange something at the show is doable but it's not easy. I've done it, and I don't think I had quality experiences because the girls were in a rush to get to the next thing on their schedule. That's not to say this is true for all the girls. YMMV. All you have to do is take a look at the various agency sites that handle pornstars and you can see there are plenty that are on the sites. There's quite a few that book through TLC. You should get in touch with Adonia and see what you can get setup. She won't let you go wrong.

There's also actually a lot of shooting that goes on during some of these things. So you're right MrFrench. There's not a lot time for hobby play.
I always found that appointments can be had if you are flexable with the timing. I used to have an annual Saturday morning appointment with a girl that has been out of the business for a couple of years. All the usual agencies (Pam, TLC, Helpubookher) will usually help you with this.

eXXXotica Chicago and to be perfectly honest did not have any time to see clients. If the lady is signing (at a booth) for their agency then they are going to be at that booth for easily 6 hours. The ladies that are signing for eXXXotica itself or for another company that is not their talent agency should only be signing for about 4 hours and will have the extra time (and energy) to take appointments.
Thanks for all the feedback everyone. I'm thinking the best thing here is just to make some contacts at the event and set something up at a more convenient time. This made me remember about some behind the scenes footage I once saw of the adult actress Keisha, who really just wanted to soak her feet at the end of a loooong day, most of which was spent standing.
