On the strip, I'd be a lot more cautious. Since you can't hail a cab or a limo from the curb (must be at the entrance to a building or the appropriate spot if you're at a casino/hotel/meeting place), it's hard to make arrangements and do your business while riding. The other issue is that it could just be a LE setup. I remember someone a few years back got nailed outside one of the casinos on the east side of the strip north of Flamingo. Of course, they could just be bar girls going from one casino to another.
But for the really skank streetwalkers, you'd have to go to a fairly scary part of town that most tourists avoid (if you can deal with the homeless, drug dealers, and other miscreants).

I made the expierience, LV streetwalkers not really what u guys looking for ! There are some near Stratosphere Tower, but check them out, you will easy find out.

try tropicana west of I15...the area is full of budget suites & a truck parking lot....but be careful....skank & LE.....
There are much better eats at the In-n-out burger at the corner. Not the women; the burgers. I see those ladies all the time, and not many even look good driving past.
Too many good choices in town to take chances with them.
There are some on the pedestrian overpass between Tropicana and MGM last time I was there. But this is not my cup of tea. I would prefer to set up an appointment with a local provider with reviews from TER...it is safer that way.

Generally, LV Blvd N of Sahara (Pete Eliades, I love you man, but "The Strip" ceases to be N of Sahara).
Be prepared for pickpocketing hoes and their thugged out pimps, drug addict microbe infested street hoes, and, last, but not least, the more than occasional Metro sting op.
You have a substantially better chance of becoming a statistic than getting a cheap quickie.
