When we start to feel stress and anxiety it’s a signal letting us know to - Stop,  you’re veering off course

We can either choose to ignore this and keep becoming more entangled in draining emotions, or pause in silence,  breathe deeply, and let ourselves float naturally back to our True Selves.  

Beginning of this spring, I felt called to retreat and take a rest from the world. At the time I had just finished releasing a creative project at work and an overwhelming number of people were vying for my attention; leaving me with no breathing space, it’d become hard to have a single rejuvenating day to myself. So I simply vanished, declared a whole month to healing and went off on a spiritual retreat. That time was truly magical for me. I received everything I needed, and it felt simply fantastic to be cut off from people’s demands.  

Naturally at the end, I felt a longing to return and speak to people again, and slowly make plans to get together. I still kept a couple days off to myself, allowing me to keep myself in that state of rest and peace while still getting work done. And I have kept up such a routine since…

Most of the time, the world is a joy to be in, the people are positive, helpful, caring, the energy is harmonious and all is truly well. But there are those random days, where you go out and there’s a lot of hectic energy, people are in a rush, pulsating vibes of unbalance, sending waves of stressful energy, and you keep yourself in that state of calm while surrounded by this, but sometimes you just reach your limit because it’s drained you. You start feeling sick, maybe have symptoms of the flu, a recurring fever, the world begins to lose it’s mystical sense of magic. At that point, you are emitting harmful negative energy and people around you can sense that.  

It’s really hard to continue like this, and so you have no choice but to finally give in and give yourself undivided attention, love and nurturing, you so desperately need.  

Allow yourself to receive a deeply relaxing massage from a practitioner who cares. Indulge in a scented bubble bath with a favorite book and a slice of cheesecake - guilt free. You deserve it. Take yourself shopping for that one outfit that makes you feel happy and confident and in love with your body. Express yourself in any way you wish. Feel how abundant your life really is. Feel gratitude for being here. Feel compassion if any feelings arise… Remember you are not your emotions, feelings, thoughts.  

In order to feel the full intensity and advantage from all sexual energy has to offer, our bodies need to be light. If you are carrying emotional pain, physical stress, mental anxiety - there are blockages in you that will keep you from sharing your sexual energy completely and to receive.  

Clearing a lifetime off inner baggage isn’t going to happen overnight, we have to develop habits to keep for rest of our lives, to remain healthy and in  tune with ourselves, to be really close to ourselves. To feel good inside and reflect that on the outside.  

Get into the daily habit of sending unconditional love to your heart. Keep sending it until you are overflowing and let others feel it too. Let it heal your life. Surrender and let go.
