Not all of us have unlimited hobby funds, so they have to find those providers that fall within their budget.  If a provider is one I want to see but is out of my budget range, and offers a special I can handle, I would probably see her, otherwise probably not.  We all want to get the best bang for our buck.

sometimes more important than rates.  If it is somebody I have wanted to see (new or repeat) and she is available when I am, I will attempt to set an appointment rather than shop ads for a lower price.

Anyone up to and under $3xx

Have always wondered.. I give discounts n specials to repeat clients. yet seems more newbies come out the wood work haggling rates And saying this or that provider is offering this rate.. but I rather see u if u can match the rate.. my normal reply is then see her..

I have chosen not to try some providers that looked good but I found there special too good to be true and figured there was something wrong with them.

...if it is a lower slow season rate, or a new location, or her birthday.  But I try to avoid the "special" $60 $80 rates on BP because I really like women and like to spend more than 15 minutes with them.  Not that lower rate visits are bad it is just not my thing.

Rates are somewhat important for me.  There are some providers that I would love to see but can't afford.  I have a lot of other financial obligations like most, and do not have unlimited funds for hobbling.

My limit was $300.00 and that was when I was working full time. Having been downsized over a year ago and only finding part time work at a part time wage (Its difficult being 60, and trying to find something full time)my hobbying life has taken a drastic beating. A couple of my regulars had contacted me after not hearing from me for a while to see if I was still interested in seeing them. After explaining to them my circumstances, they offered me a considerable discount. I DID NOT solicit one. This was much appreciated and I certainly took them up on it. So yes, rates are very important. Circumstances change, and these two wonderful ladies made a wise business decision. I will reccomend them to others, and when and if I get back on my feet, I will find some way to return the favor

Funny About Rates

It depends on the person. I have had people who were quite nice contact me but they're not able to afford my rate (which is on the lower end of the high end provider rates.) So, I will run specials at certain times especially for them. I've been known to adjust my rate if the person seems extremely nice. What I WOULD NEVER DO THOUGH, is offer some kind of $100 special. That's just..lowbrow.  
It's my opinion that a guy would rather save his play money to see the best provider he can find once every few weeks or whatever his schedule allows, versus a low priced sub-par experience or possibly end up in a scam/ripoff situation. I don't see a lot of people, and most guys wouldn't want a high volume girl. They value safety and discretion first. The people I've met prefer a higher end girl who is guaranteed to be safe. And assures his experience will be worth repeating. If you feel your rates are worth your quality, keep them where they are and see those men who can afford to see you. If you feel like you are missing out on some really nice guys because of a few dollars, you could try offering a discounted rate and see how it goes. You know, you might meet some great people who you'd be willing to see on a regular basis for a slightly lower rate. Hope this helps!
