If you are serious about wanting a weekend "date" with a reputable and respected provider think ahead a little please. At least get pre-screened for a later appt time or be RS because trying to reach another provider on the weekend for a same day appt, just is not going to happen. Why? Because most ladies are not available on the weekend or might have plans that keep them from the phone all day. The chances of getting a response from a reference on a weekend is super super slim to the point I don't even waste my time anymore.

Said he had some references and of course from his voice I could tell he wanted to visit now and kept saying he was not far from my area and could be there quick(I told him a very general area). If I contacted those ladies now the chances of reaching them would have been maybe 2% chance, not to mention the time and effort of collecting the info contacting the ladies and all to not get a response in time. When I told him this basicly he said well do you want to try to make it happen then? Point blank, I said no.
Some of you may ask why not... I would have to collect all the info, look up the ladies to see who I would be contacting and then rudely call them on a Sunday on potentially their day off to ask them if he was ok. If I do things like normal I would email them which takes time to hear back, but he wanted now so.... Honestly, I did not feel like rushing around trying to make something happen that had such a low chance of working out in the end. It feels like I am wasting my time and that sucks... Could have been avoided if I had been contacted on Friday, asked if I am open on Sundays, and given the prescreen info so I could get him ok'd. Then he could have called me today and asked if I could be available in an hour or 2 and he would have been in there.
Sorry to be so wordy but I thought I would give you all heads up on how to be able to make it work on weekends.
By the By, I refered him to BP because on weekends that is about the only provider type who might be able to make a last minute weekend appt work out.

I don't work on weekend unless it's my ATF or a repeat calling... I have a very active social life & I love to Confess on the DANCEFLOOR so I will opt to go out instead of entertaining indoors,.. So last minute calls for appt is slim to none.... Also screening takes time, so give that provider enough notice so they can screen you.....
the gals that will complain here about the time wasters sending in screening info and never following through. No shortage of those posts here.

personally I see it on many ladies sites that they just are not available on weekends or need 24hrs notice for them. Friends and family are off work as well kids are not in school(talking school year) so they want to spend time with them. It is also a harder time frame to get a sitter without plenty of notice if you have kids and need one(I don't). Since just about everyone else is off work this is generally the time frame when you go out boating with your friends, summer BBQ's with family, and all those other things that can't be done on weekdays when everyone else is in their 9-5.
Also, screening is alot harder because getting a reference due to all of the above becomes an almost impossible task.
FYI, I AM available weekends had 1 this morning and have another tonight so I am fully happy with that and didn't need another booking. I just wanted to point out that last minute on a weekend is hard. If you come in better prepared then you can get your visit's. RS members are about the only new guests I personally will see on short notice, everything else I have to run through the reference process which takes hours to days not 30mins or less(like RS).
Take care and there are plenty available today you just have to look harder and leave tons of VM messages if you are going on the fly

That happened to me. I tried to get pre-screned but the provider wouldn't bother until I committed to a time. I was sincerely going to visit her but I cant control the timing. I can often get away at lunch in the Loop but cant be sure till the day starts. Frankly, I get the impression that business is soooo good right now that providers have more clients than they can accommodate. Well, life goes on. Sage, your new pics are great!

I think you're completely reasonable and you absolutely should say no to a request like that. I always contact a new lady several days ahead in case she wants a reference, and I understand that no one is always available 24/7 for that purpose or pretty much any other. Granted he was horny but he could take care of that for himself for a day or two 
We hobbyists need to be respectful of your time and money. There's no less reason to be polite with you than with anyone else. I personally think there's more reason for respect because you work so hard to give us what we want/need -- and I frankly don't know what I'd do without you.
There are many ways to verify a gentlemen other than contacting another provider. You can use verify him, spokeo, google his name, phone number, address. If you have all that info and he is respectful to you on the phone and all his information checks out, then why do you still need a girls ok?
You might click with him and she didn't and vice versa.
Your gut instinct is always right also, if you feel he is ok you can always meet in a public place first. I have done this first to do my own screening.
I wish people would quit putting backpage down. I have used it almost exclusively and the majority of the guys I have seen are the gentlemen in town for the conventions. Several have seen me several days they are in town. If I didn't take a chance on meeting them for a drink first then I would not have had the good times I have had.

I book on short notice both during the week, and on weekends as my schedule is varied and I am not one to plan my sex life days in advance. Actually it was only yesterday that I booked with what turned out to be a very lovely woman on short notice who may very well turn out to be a favorite. If I had taken your advice, I guess I would have been sitting around all day with my dick in my hand instead of enjoying the company of a beautiful young lady that I had never contacted before that very day.

Also, last minute is fine with me if a guest is RS... If not it is really REALLY hard to say yes I can see you but wait I have to hear back from so and so. I don't need a guest to plan out their meeting necessarily but a pre screen(which I like alot, but it seems others do not like) helps me there.
So say you wanted to visit me at some point in the next 6mo or so(which is unlikely seeing as we have a hard time communicating here, but this is just an example) and you send me all your info and references. Now I have time to get you checked at my leisure and make sure you are who you say you are to my satisfaction. Then 2weeks later you contact me on Saturday and wonder if I am available in 1hr. If I am available then you are in like Flynn. You may not like doing things that way though, which is fine.
You are free to do things however you like, so am I and we can both do whatever we feel safe with. Your thing works for you, mine for me. I think yes, we can totally agree to disagree on this too. I think there are alot of ways to run this industry but I do reinforce that weekends are harder to schedule without notice, triple hard on the weekends.

My experience is that for a short notice appointment, which accounts for virtually all of my appointments, weekends don't seem to be a bit more difficult for me than any other day of the week. That's MY experience, and I am not saying that MY experience is going to be mirrored by anybody else.

Screening is a personal thing and each lady has their own comfort zone, mine just happen to be really high. I do not feel going more lenient will do anything but make me more paranoid and thus compromise my ability to perform well compromising my service. Yes, I do rely on references if a gent is not RS, but I use that ALONG with other methods that together complete my screening process. My thoughts are if you want to have the most intimate of times with me, then I need certain things to be able to feel comfortable enough to offer them. So no, I am not rethinking anything. You do what makes you feel comfy and I will do what makes me feel comfy.
Also, where in the heck did you hear me put down BP? I didn't. The ladies there seem to have other ways of screening and post often so you know who is available and when. I figured it would be his best chance to score a date. We all advertise different places, it works and that is what need to happen is to make your advertising work for you.
On the last note, I don't want to be crazy busy. I am fine with being low volume and only seeing 1, maybe 2 and often no visitors in a day. I want to make sure each experience is genuine and I can't do that if I let every Tom, Dick, and Joe Shmo in for a visit. I would be spread to thin and that is not what I want to be or the type of experience I want to offer.
