Not sure what your intentions were with your post Zabrina, but it was an interesting read. Thought I'd add to your message with a passage from Alan Seale. "When the heart chakra is open there is a constant and circular flow of love through us, out of us into the world, and from the world back into us."

Opening your heart chakra

A world of hurt.

We say we are healed yet our eyes reveal something else.

We say we feel lonely and long for companionship, yet when it is given to us our hearts remain shelled inside. We try to speak about it, but words alone cannot comprehend. Be understood

Yet just having someone by us gives us hope

We long for someone to accept us, believe in us. Love us just the way we were created.

“When one does not get what one wants or expects and feels trapped by obligation or circumstance, one responds with a withdrawal of energy characterized as burnout.” -  excerpt from ‘Self Renewal’

Burnout as in your heart and inner light turned off

Have you ever had an experience perhaps in this world with a person who was clearly burned out? How did it feel? How did you respond? Was it you? Or perhaps both…

Society expects us to be “happy” all the time, but one doesn’t need a background in psychology to understand human emotions are much more complex.

Life happens. It brings sadness, grief, love, tenderness, generosity. It is ok to feel into each every emotion. Then let it go.  One can also become burned out from giving too much love away ;-)

Being receptive to healing

Life is a cycle of creation and destruction. Healing is inevitable

Being human is being very fragile. One may not ever be fully healed. Yet life continues each day bearing gifts, waiting for you to let go of the past hurt and disappointment, gently nudging you forward

On a practical sense

When we come across someone who is clearly hurting, we do not try to gloss it over, pretend it isn’t there just because it makes us feel uncomfortable. We accept it as is and let go.

Do you know if your heart in this moment is open or closed?

Do you feel light, expansive,  pregnant with possibilities…

Or

Isolated, ‘sick’, more dying slowly than being reborn every moment?

Having an open vs. closed heart chakra. What difference does it make?

Your heart, not your logical mind-brain is the source, the energetic battery of your human experience. With a closed heart chakra, you greatly reduce your immunity (physical, emotional, psychic…), opportunities that life is always offering you every moment, and block yourself between your imagined walls of isolation/separation. With a closed heart you cannot move forward, only stay stuck where you have been. However, life has a way of tearing down walls, even through the thickest walls of separation,  rushing ever forward. To make way, give way …to the new you, created each and every moment.

Be Blessed

Can generate negative energy. Grounding can flush those energies out. However that is just a temporary solution. Healing will ultimately stop the generation of negative energies.

The wound is always there. Embrace, accept, and love it. But don't allow it to cloud your judgement. Takes practice.
Healing is a process. It's never complete. Maybe at death. "All you need is love. Love is all you need." (John Lennon)
