Norton Ad Blocker

Hey,

It sure sounds to me like you still have ad blocking turned on.

Also, I found that my browser sometimes gets "cobwebs" in it when I've just turned Norton Ad blocking off, and it ends up taking SEVERAL refreshes of a page to get the images to show up.

So try browsing to the TCU or other page, and hit F5 to refresh several times.

I've posted a few prior articles about the symptoms of running Norton Ad Blocker...  Try browsing around Eros, that's a good place to see whether ad blocking is on or off because some city's pictures will show, some won't.

Here's one of the past things I've written on this that has more detail:

Had the beagle32 virus and finally got it removed off my computer but cannot see photos of ads now on some sites, i.e.; TC uncovered. I am running Norton FW and Anti Virus and have ad blocking turned off. Any tips or guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I recently had a run in with some virii -  I learned two things:
Not sure this will help.

1. Give Mozilla a try - faster loading than IE and resistant to a lot of virii.

2. Some of the current nasties require a lot repairs, including the re-installation of Visual Basic to get some sites to work.

3. CWShredder, HiJackThis, Ad-aware, and Zone Alarm Suite are all pretty cool programs, and I had to use all of them to remove the various and twister routines that the Unnamed Virus put on my system.

4. It is scary to think that virii are easily transferred now simply by browsing a site.  In the old days you actually had to trigger an executable file or click on a script in an e-mail attachment.

The pics a TCU aren't displaying for me either. Maybe the problem is on their end? Can anybody see them right now?

haven't been loading for me either the last couple of days. must be on their end

Good point...  We tend to assume a browser problem and you're right, TCU pics are not loading.

Problem seems to be solved - I was having the same non-load problem last night, but now I'm getting pics again.
