A simple solution is to advise your credit card issuer that you are approving an incoming charge from CCBill. Do this before the bill is presented to them.
Because CCBill has such a high rate of disputes against them their charges are categorically not honored by some credit card issuers.

Try that. It has worked several times in the past.

I tried to renew using credit cards with CCBill. Three cards were immediately denied. When I tried to pay for dinner last night it was declined. I had to call and straighten it out. Bummer. I guess I need to explore other options in the future.

I sent a money order but they never received it. I sent another Money order and they got it in 2 weeks.

Was it a post office money order?

I wonder if anyone else has had this happen. You should post this on the GD board!

I was told by a gentleman that it's a prudent decision to use a prepaid or pre-loaded credit card while paying for anything related to adult-oriented online access. While there's sometimes a fee to make certain purchases, he prefers it to the alternative. He suggested that Bluebird (the prepaid, secured version of American Express) was best, and most convenient, as it's easy to add funds instantly when necessary. I hope this helps. :)
