I have a pretty strict no-review policy, and it might be possible that she prefers the same. Often that means hobbyists who rely on reviews just aren't my clientele. But as you're experiencing right now with Hailey, it's not a total turn-off for everyone, and I'm more than happy to provide client references (with their permission, of course) for someone who expresses interest. If that's important to you, I suggest just asking her. A friendly message like the following may be a good place to start:

"Hi Hailey. I am interested in meeting you, but I'm feeling a bit unsure about how to move forward because I don't see any reviews for you. That leads me to wonder if you're new, or if you just prefer to stay UTR? Either way, you've captured my attention and I'd like to ask you a couple questions, if that's OK? I just want to make sure we're a good fit for each other, because I don't want to waste your time :)"

hello board.  Looks like Vegas has a new hot blonde.  wondering two things (1) since there are no reviews, does any one have any info on Hailey and (2) any advice for seeing a provider who has no reviews (questions to ask her etc.)?  i don't partake often so looking for some advice.

You might be taking one for the team, or find a new star.  It's up to you, but there are lots of great ladies in Vegas who are well reviewed.  So why take the risk?

Well, she has a professional website (though still partially under construction), and is listed on p411. That plus the rate she charges are all goods signs she's legit, but of course you never really know. However it's less risky than someone who just appeared say on backpage.

It appears she offers doubles, so you could enquire with whom. If it's with a well-reviewed, reputable provider, that's another good sign, especially if you can get a reference from her. Quite often new ladies will get into this by befriending and getting help from a more experienced provider.

Follow your standard precautions when you and her are trying to establish whether each of you are legitimate. When you're the first reviewer you are the guy who's going to establish her TER profile. It's very important for her and the community that you try to get all the profile criteria correct. Make a mental checklist of those criteria before you start your session. Not only do the physical descriptions matter but, very importantly, the services offered are extremely important. It might be kind of awkward but what I've done in similar circumstances is explain to the lady that it looks like I'll be your first reviewer so I want to make sure I get it right. Then, ask those questions that need to be asked to establish a complete profile; do you like other girls? Will you bring a friend along if I ask? MSOG? Anal? BBBJ? If so, how can I finish? Rimming? Touch pussy? Like female condoms?  Squirter? etc...
