You've gotten lots of good advice here. Good diet and exercise -- and enough sleep! -- will all help. If you're not one for exercise even a few deep knee bends a couple times a day will give a noticeable improvement to someone really out of shape. Of course you may want to massage your organ directly, always worthwhile :)

If all else fails and you do want to consider the doctor route, be ready to put up with a small cancer risk and regular doctor visits and blood tests. From personal experience though, Androgel is nothing short of miraculous. It took me from being unable to penetrate to a sexual superman at age 67. No joke.
My doctor also recommends Androgel as a testosterone boost. I've used it for years but can't say it made me a "superman."

Over the counter supplements anyone. I'm taking Nugenix, P6 extreme, but seems to me I'm not getting the results I'm expecting, any other products??? Need help, 68 YO

That is the single person that can help you because of their knowledge of any other issues you might have.

I don't have these issues but going to the gym and working on your lower body helps guys.

The leg press, treadmill or stair master will strengthen your legs and lower body.

Plus it will increase your blood circulation too!

If you still need those other enhancers that is your decision.

Just make sure to get your lower body strong too!

I'm not shy about saying this, especially on 60 and Over.  I self administer 1 mg of testosterone as a shot in alternating quadricep muscles once a week.  With physician supervision.  Makes a huge difference.  Took several years to get to this approach.  Did daily gels for several years.  Then moved to various doses and frequencies of injectable testosterone administered by nurses.  Finally got brave and learned how to self administer.  Now it is a piece of cake.   I really believe every male over 60 in the 21st century should be aware of this option.  There are some risks to be aware of, but the advantages are phenomenal.  Better attitude, better sleep, retained sex drive.  Sex drive is not like it once was but it is adequate.  I don't think anything over the counter compares or works.
