Yes, this board is quiet, but TER is not the dominant board in every market, and Dallas, all of Texas actually, is not what you would call a TER stronghold.
Drop me a PM and I can tell you where you will find a more active board for Texas, although a LOT of providers complain they are a rather cheap bunch.
