Yes, there are variations in depth among women, the same as there are variations in length among men. I don't know how much of a role a woman's size plays in determining her depth, but it seems logical to me that a woman of short stature (petite in height, regardless of weight) would have a shorter vaginal canal. After all, at 5'1", my torso is shorter than a woman of 5'6", so why wouldn't I be somewhat more compact than a taller woman. That anyone with more than 6" will not be allowed intercourse as her vagina was very short and it hurt her to have intercourse with anyone over that size.
