atl mgr..  Thanks for the recap and info.  I appreciate your time.

Gents,

While there are specific sequences and methods of communicating with a provider to avoid issues with legality, do any of you feel that posting specific details about activities with providers may be potentially incriminating?

The reason I ask.  I want to share my positive experiences with providers who have specifically asked I write a review.

Don't give her location, just give the city of the encounter. Be factual about what transpired, but show respect for the lady and do not write overly graphic details. Think of how you would want a coworker describe seeing you naked in a shower, over company email.

I'm sorry, I can't help myself, but I can't quite picture a co-worker seeing me naked in the shower, unless of course I was a pro ball player or worked at the local spa, but comparing this site to company e-mail-hummm... interesting.

So I work in the internet industry and have seen more than a few sights crushed by federal agencies, court orders etc.. forced to provide details of user profiles, payment histories etc etc..  My concern is for the providers of course, but also for myself.  I'm probably missing something, but frankly..  what if LE forces TER to open it's books..  would VIPs who posted descriptive reviews as well as providers be implicated as taking part in illegal activities?  Or do the reviews enjoy the same protection as correctly executed encounter.. i.e. "paid for time and companionship, anything further was simply free choice made by discriminating adults"?  Sorry if I seem paranoid, I'm not up to date on the law here.  I also think it's an interesting question.

Thanks for your replies so far!

Besides that, the TER servers, data, and records are not located in the U.S.

You can say what happened, freedom of speech ect. You can have the action, its only illegal to pay for it. If you met and just enjoyed each others company, with no exchange of funds, then nothing illegal happened.
