For a provider that works for an agency to give you her own telephone # after the first meeting? Just wondering if this is commonplace.
of her fee. The answer is most likely BOTH. Her madam/employer won' like it, and THAT's for sure!!! Word will eventually get back to madam, and this gal will either go "Indy" or find another agency eventually. (This happens more often than you think, and don't get TOO flattered --It's mainly about the $$$.

I have seen a number of providers from agencies and almost all of them at some point have given me their cell #'s. I would like to think it is due to my great looks but alas ... it's the money.
The ladies are entrepreneurs and are always looking for ways to build their communication and customer base.
One additional point though, even with their numbers it does not necessarily mean it will always be easy to set an appointment. My ATF worked for an agency but trying get in touch with her to make an appointment is still sometimes difficult.

try 50%, plus a house fee and tips to phone girl. I have always worked for Upscale agencies and this is the norm.
40-50% is about right. When you think about not having to answer calls from guys that want to low ball you and discuss explicit acts over the phone it's worth it. Everyone doesn't have the patientce to screen and deal with cheap jerks. The percentage you pay to your agency is out of convience, some girls have more to do than just whore all day.
I am not certain if there is a standard. One of the agencies in my area takes a flat fee per appointment of $100. However, they also provide the incall as a part of their arrangement.

Varies greatly from agency to agency, and from geographical location. Typical is about 1/3, but I've seen it as low as 20% and as high as 50% (100% with pimps).
If I work outside my agency it's for the extra money but what I come to find is that when you're working as an independent the guys don't respect you time as much. Many times the clients try to keep you longer so actually I'd rather be on the clock with the agency and leave when the time is up. Although if I hit it off with someone I will let the agency know that the session is over and we're just talking.
Generally agencies take 30-40 percent. I tend to stick to the female owned agencies because they tend to be nicer. Working thru a service is ideal for me because I couldn't imagine having to answer my own calls, book appts, advertising,photo shoots, along with pursuing an education. In my case I would gladly give up my 30% to the agency.
Many times just because a girl is listed as an independent doesn't mean that she keeps all her money. I've met many "upscale" providers that have pimps and you would never know it.

That seems a little extreme? May I ask how they could "listen in"? I mean I guess they could bug the apartment but if this is the case these agencies are waaaay more advanced than I would have thought. That's like something out of a movie.

yes. Lots of providers try to "steal" clients from the agency. Be careful, the provider can get fired for this and you could get thrown out.
