As far as by phone or text...I published my number for years until it got out
of control with time wasters and late night calls or texts.  So I fixed it by changing
and removing my number.  While I am sure I lose those who wish to use the phone...

One of the main reasons ladies do not list their numbers is because of screening. Any man can call me and say this is Vinay07 from TER. Please understand that just because they say it's Vinay does not mean that is is Vinay. While we understand it is sometimes difficult to get online, it is more important that we ladies feel comfortable with whom we chose to spend some intimate time with.
