Website Issues per Gina

I saw on the General Board a post where Gina had tweeted that they messed up something on the website and were working to get it resolved.

Chalk it up to "technical" difficulties!!!

One can't help but wonder if a little blue pill may help them "get it back up"...  Sorry I couldn't resist.

Anyone else having trouble with pulling up p411 or signing in?

thanks

But seems to be working for me now.

Yeah I haven't been able to get on all day

getting on P411 I logged-in earlier before you made this post.
And I have logged-in this evening I have not had any issues but I know many others have.
I think it depends on the browser depending on which one you are using some are working and some are not

You can try a different browser but apparently they did a DNS change or swap.  It will depend more on your service provider than browser unless it is something that is cached locally on the machine in your old browser.  It can take up to 72 hours for that DNS change to propagate throughout the Internet to all internet service providers.

Trying not to geek out here, but as an example..  I can get to P411 through my phone which is service provider #1 (T Mobile as an example), but I can't from my home internet and service provider #2 which is Verizon FIOS as an example.

Depending on how the ISP's peer and what their cache/time out values are for DNS some will update sooner than others.

Certainly by the weekend it should be fully updated across most major service providers.

I hope that makes sense
