There is a very limited selection of providers in my area.  I was thinking of possibly flying a well-reviewed lady in for an appointment.  What is the normal etiquette for this sort of thing?  Should I pick her up at the airport or add money for a cab to the donation?  What is the minimum time most ladies will require for a visit like this?  Should I allow her to arrive at the room 1st and then meet her?

Sorry for all of the questions, but as you can see I'm a newbie and would appreciate assistance.
