What does anyone think of Jersey Boys & the Motown show by Human Nature.
Worth seeing? With a special someone ?

I have seen most of the Cirque shows and Absinthe etc. looking for something with music. And performers and not into many of the others.

And highly recommend !! I like jersey boys a bit better but they are both amazing!!

People RAVE about Jersey Boys.  IMO, it's good, but I'm never thrilled when I see it.  Main reason for me is because I can't relate to the music.  I think it appeals most to people from that generation, so keep that in mind when planning for the show.  It is a great show, don't get me wrong, but as I said, I think it appeals to a specific age group.

I haven't seen the Human Nature show but I've heard it's good.

Have you thought about checking out who is in town at the Orleans or Brooklyn Bowl during your visit?  Brooklyn Bowl is a very nice venue, great acoustics, great vibe.

Or, for some fun dueling pianos, I'm a big fan of Napoleon's, the dueling piano bar at Paris.  Usually $20 covers a song request, but they have turned down my Rock Lobster request a few times.  :(

Also, Rose. Rabbit. Lie. is another place you might want to explore.  While it's not a "show," the performers walk throughout the establishment and get up close and personal with the patrons.  Blues singer and a pop/disco singer, along with a tap and pop dancer who perform every few songs.  It's a really sexy supper club, probably my favorite club in Vegas in general.  Intimate, newer, no smoke and interesting menu items.
(Just watching the mixologists is entertaining; they're awesome!)

I'm sure you'll have a great time, whatever you choose.  Remember, it's not just dependent on the show, but also the company!

Cheers!

I don't really agree... I'm def not from that generation ( the 50's) but I love the show. I think it has more to do with your love for musicals verse the music time period. I also love mama Mia but again I'm not from that generation. Just my opinion :)

Yes, sorry if I seemed to group everyone into one category i.e. people of a certain age.  I meant it more as IMO or "why I am not crazy about it."

Cheers!
