Not to insinuate the young lady is passing any along but she may honestly not be aware of the risk that she is putting herself in. Maybe she feels because she is dealing with an UPSCALE clientele (which has absolutely no bearing on ones health status) that there is less likely hood she will contact anything. There's a recent review of an upscale escort who offered BBFS for extra money. I had the same experience with this escort and it obviously threw up red flags everywhere. The thought of BBFS has never even crossed my mind and when this was offered I was told I was the only one. My clients are upscale professionals such as doctors, lawyers, CEO's,etc--guys who are educated and should know better--yet from time to time they ask for BBFS.
One offered me twice my normal fee to leave the condom off. (Of course I said no).
I presume these guys have asked other girls the same thing--and who knows if other girls caved in for a high enough price?

I can tell you that of the providers I have seen roughly about 65% of them after I have seen them a few times have offered me BBFS at an extra cost. I have declined everytime. This includes women from well known incall places and independants.
