comments from a couple of hobbyists, but for some reason she had a dispute with TER and her reviews were pulled.
based upon her web site and stats...I would say the stats are a bit off in my opinion...
If you do a search on aspd.net in the forums, there is one review of her. She got fairly good marks and seems to offer what most would consider a GFE. For that price point, she could be just average and be a better deal than some of the less well reviewed local providers who are charging $$$.
Kelly comes to Minneapolis with a very good reputation from Chicago. I have no idea what happened to her reviews, but when they were up they were well above average. I hope the Minneapolis gentlemen treat her as well as they have treated me over the last 3 years! I don't often reccomend someone, but this lady is a class act.
