Just as long as the implants are not hard.

I agree! As long as the implants are soft and real feeling. Otherwise I would say natural over enhanced. I have DDD and am lucky mine are so soft. But breasts are beautiful in all sizes!
I am happy with my All Natural body, as well as many others! 
Nothing wrong with enhanced, some ladies may need it!
But I can say I have seen some enhanced bodies, that I don't think came out how they were suppose to..

you are right!! man made IF are well done are ok but real don't have to be big!!!! but I think are the best!!
