You put a post up and you get inquiries from providers trying to offer up themselves. Is it bad form to message back and forth to get more info and questions answered ? Without committing to anything right away ?
I'm sure everyone here is already an expert on how to seek out what you are looking for (since you obviously found TER).
But if you have a friend who is not sure what everything means, how he should behave or even how to start looking for someone and you aren't comfortable explaining things I think this article is a good way to start! (maybe just leave it open anonymously on his computer) lol
