...how does his March 2003 review of Juliette (Los Angeles) get approved when I've had reviews with a lot more explicit details included shot down for the lack of them.

Though it is not the best example of a good review, it does answer the question “what happened.” From reading this it sounds like he allegedly got a massage and HJ for his happy ending. The definition of explicit is "Fully and clearly expressed; leaving nothing implied." No where does it say pornographic.
What might be a better question for you to ask is "why was YOUR review not approved."
The only review you have "unapproved" is one of Amy. The reason it was not approved was the disclaimer you placed on the review.

Though I appreciate your efforts to reinforce the disclaimer on the front of TER, I really insist that you don’t. Any reviews found with this statement will be declined and the credit removed.

Not to start a war or anything, but my review of Amy was first disapproved for not explicit enough details, even though they were more explicit than this review of Mista4's. OK, I juiced it up, far beyond Mista4's efforts (this had worked in the past when my reviews were not deemed juicy enough) and then it came back disapproved for the girl not having a website.
When I complained and said to just put it in the "massage parlor girls" section then, I got the reply that she can't be in the "massage parlor girls" section because she doesn't work in a real MP, just a jack shack in an apartment. I gave up at that point, even though I have seen numerous reviews with scant, if any, details. There are plenty of reviews for girls with no websites too (including most of my approved ones).
Now you come up with this "fiction" disclaimer rule. I have also seen reviews successfully posted with this "fiction" disclaimer. In short, I have seen approved reviews that violated every rule I just mentioned. It seems that no matter what I have done to come into compliance with whatever rule du jour, this last review of mine is doomed to the memory hole. I don't post reviews for credit, I pay quarterly for my membership and my reviews (what few I attempt to post) can be freebies for all I care.
So tell me please. If I remove my disclaimer, will my review make it this time?
I must admit that I also have seen several reviews that have stated that they are nothing more than fictitious accounts. Should trouble reportsd be made of these reviews? I know some guys feel an extra need to cover their butts. What to do staff?
