Did a little research before going, not much out there that is too definitive.  There are  3-4 on line escort services that promise to send someone to your hotel.  About $100 for 2 hours, $200 for 15 hours.  I was a little suspicious, as the language and advice on all the sites were very similar.  They all pointed out that most of the women came from Java, rather than locally from Bali. You'd see what I mean if you read the sites. I contacted one of the escort services via e mail before arrival, but never got a response.  

I'm not much for the SW or bar scene, I need to be more efficient and planned.  I ended up checking out Riverview Spa in Kuta  after reading some reviews and descriptions on a Jakarta/100 bars blog, which was actually pretty useful.  You can Google up the spa's website pretty easily.  The facilities are really nice, best I've ever been in and better than the pictures on the site. There's a reception desk like a hotel, a nicely set up, well stocked bar, and several discrete waiting areas.

After determining which menu selection you want, you're led to another waiting area where you are presented with the line up of ladies.  I saw 7, just about all pretty little brown spinners.  Language may be an issue for some, but I speak both Indonesian and Javanese, thought I don't look like I would.  Spoke a little Javanese, and was able to immediately distinguish between the Balinese and Javanese girls.  First time I went with a Javanese girl, second time with a Balinese girl with tats, who I figured might be a little wilder.  Her name was Effin, and she turned out to be effin' great!  YMMV, and I don't think there is a standard GFE service, and each girl did her thing. $100 for 90 min. massage, body slide, full service, mutual jacuzzi, beer, fruit plate.
