What would be considered an upscale provider does not neccesarily relate to the rate, although you will not find many upscale providers at $ per hour. On CityVibe you will find a few upscale providers but you will find many minimal service providers also, some asking for $$$$ hour. I have a personal disstaste for CityVibe, with such issues as a new provider in one city using stolen pictures from an established paid CityVibe customer in another city, and CityVibe being very reluctant to react when confronted with it. Other sites, such as Eros, are very quick to resolve any such problems.

Some do just as you said, one pop and out the door, others allow one pop and then cuddle, give a massage or shower till the hour is up, and then others allow total bliss for the entire hour.
The answer to both your questions is simple, get a VIP membership, do your homework and search the reviews of the provider you want to see. Still want to see a provider with no reviews, fine but who knows what you will get.

Ive seen many members here where they say they paid a girl for an hour but she left 25 minutes later after the first pop.. Now if a man paid her for an hour shouldn't she stay for another 35 minutes for a second or third pop? I don't get this...

"Upscale" (in my opinion) is a term that can be
classified as YMMV. Everyone has their own view of
what upscale might be. I've suggested in the past and continue to advise hobbyists to..... know your
provider and her reputation.
I believe a providers reputation within the community might be more of an indicator of whether she is "upscale" or not than her age, education level, asking donation or any other variable. When it becomes a commonly repeated statement, then you can judge for yourself what you consider an upscale provider to be.
