I've heard one reputable but second hand report that it's the old switch-a-roo... Guy scheduled with one of the well reviewed gals and was switched over to... guess who, Mae Ling, the only one from that group that has a really bad (ripoff) review.

Rumor has it that you are correct. The jury is still out on it. In my opinion I would proceed with caution. As good as the pictures may look, it will most likely be window dressing at best.
Better to find an established local or traveler with a proven track record and known service menu to avoid disappointments.
