Do we need a more accurate ranking system?

When doing a search on TER to sort providers by Rank in Performance or Rank in Looks it seems like most of the people on the first page who rank the highest only have one or 2 reviews.   A lot are also by unknown one-time reviewers.
This method seems to shaft the ladies who really are the best and have pages of consistant and high reviews (tends to reflect more accurately).  The gentlemen who do not frequent this site or pm its members will put heavy weight on this list and rely on it to find the best in the area.  In this case, won't they be misguided and find the first page of the list confusing, perhaps even disappointing?
My question is, can't we make it some sort of review minimum to make that list? Maybe 5? It will make the outcome more bonafide and the list a much more useful tool in a search for the ladies who are truely stellar. What do you think?  Mathesar, what is your opinion?

The VIP members' Provider Search Form allows the reader to change the Total Reviews (under Search Options) to any number, such as the 5 you suggested, so that the resulting list includes only providers with at least five reviews.  However, the Total Reviews option is available only on the VIP search form, as are the Rank by Performance, Rank by Looks and Rank by Average options.
