if clinton wasn't a democrat, the "o" and the Pi would have been spouting this line to high heaven..."IT WAS WORSE UNDER CLINTON"..... not sure why the prez secretary hasn't blamed bush for this....
maybe he partake of the same and wants the issue to go away before he is discovered on the DL.
