I am a big time foodie and since I will be in Nashville again this weekend I thought to ask for some restaurant recommendations. I like everything from sushi, to India, Thai, Middle Eastern and soul food so anything good really. I wanted to treat myself to at least one really nice dinner during my stay.

Alex, we need to be in Nashvegas at the same time and I will take you to dinner. I'll be back in about 3 weeks. Alex: I'm not aware of a lot of great options in the ethnic food areas that you mentioned, but the following are reliable options: Downtown / Gulch: Sambuca, Watermark and Morton's steakhouse; Westside - Green Hills: F. Scott's or Macke's (both near the mall); East Nashville / Germantown: Margot or Germantown cafe; W. Nashville / Sylvan Park: Miel or Park cafe. My current favorites are Miel and Mackes. Enjoy!
