Lone Ranger

Don't feel like the lone ranger on this, I had identical experiences 2.5 years ago.  The leakage does stop, assuming you had a good surgeon.  If you look in to the scary details of precisely how this surgery is done you'll see that a lot of attention focuses on the sphincter at the exit of the bladder.  My experience was that this took quite a while to heal.  But I was willing to give it a go with providers early on and it wasn't without incident.  Now, I have no problem, no leakage at all.  I also moved away from injections and found a big dose of Viagra works as long as I use a cock ring.  It's a different kind of hard on, not like the somewhat artificial feel I had with injections, but I still don't stay hard with a condom on, just like before the surgery.  The injections kept me hard for hours and I normally used antihistamines to get the hard on down, not sure if you knew that this works.  That whole business about erections lasting more than 4 hours is real and can be scary the first time you encounter it.  None of the providers I've seen care about the dry orgasm but I do have to remind them because one didn't realize I had come, despite the shakes, heavy breathing, spasms and little yelps, and she kept on trying to make me cum, it took a while to get her to slow down and be gentle because I was out of breath.

So have heart, I believe that this will disappear with time.

I had robotic prostatectomy last year. Basically impotent for months, now using injections and it works really well. But, here's the thing, I leak urine, not a lot, but I can't really control it, so I haven't had sex in since last year. I use the injections to get an erection and then masturbate...I don't want to use it at some point in time, so I figure I need to "use it or lose it. "  The other thing that is that after you have a prostatectomy, you can orgasm, but, it's dry...there's no cum.  Providers - how would you feel about seeing someone that has this issue?  Suggestions or recommendations anyone?  Thank you.

thank you for the feedback and encouragement, it is appreciated.  But, how did you handle the leaking with the providers?  How did they react, respond?  Providers - has this happened to you? How do you handle it?  Thank you.

You will find ladies that are compassionate and caring, I've had gentlemen who had had the surgery and things went very well.

Steph xoxo

I can recall 3 times when the leakage happened.  Once was while wearing a condom and it filled up with pee, so I just took it off and went down on the lady, removed the offending unit from her.  Another time we were just getting started and I actually said, "Damn, I'm leaking".  None of the ladies seemed to mind.  The second one mentioned above got a warm washcloth and washed me off so that she could give me a great bj.  Since the surgery, I think I've seen 5 different ladies and 4 of them were very understanding.  The fifth was just a total flake and even injections wouldn't help.  I left after 45 minutes very frustrated and not at all inclined for a second visit.  I agree with MatureGFE, below, just be open and honest and most ladies will understand.  I've found that older ones, mid to late 30's and even 40's are the most compassionate whereas the younger ones seem not to get it.

I believe most mature providers understand, and have experience, seeing gentlemen with various medical issues.  And I think you will find many that will be happy to work with you if you explain the your situation.

Wishing you the best
