You should check out a supplement called Nattokinase... when taken daily, it will keep the thromboses at bay.

How's this?  A while back, I had my trip all set, airline, comped hotel, car rental, show tickets, and of course, my usual lineup of fine ladies to keep me company (I believe it was five dates over four days).  I wake up on Saturday morning (I'm leaving Sunday- 4 hour flight) and the inside of my thigh was warm, pink and I felt bumps.  I went to me doctor, who then directed me to the ER.  I not only had phlebitis, which prevented me from flying (better than a 50% of a pulmonary embolism- fatal if in flight because there is no place to treat you quickly), but I was admitted to the hospital for a DVT (deep vein thrombosis- also potentially deadly).  It was disappointing, but I'm glad I'm not like most dudes who would have just blown it off and flown anyway.  I figured that I dodged a very serious bullet and Vegas (and the fine ladies) will always be there.  All my dates were most understanding of the situation, and the only thing I lost was the few hundred dollars of show tickets.  A small price to pay for being here able to report on it now.

Was looking forward to my most recent work trip to Vegas.  I had it all pre planned and made dates set to meet two providers(not at the same time) that I have been trying to arrange with for over a year.  One was the mysterious Lisette Lush and the other was Meisha/Sasha.  Then as a bonus, I also set a date with Ivy Evans. Up to the week of we've been exchanging emails and I've been getting super excited.  Then the week of the trip of my dreams, one of my coworkers bail on the trip and I end up working double duty and didn't even have enough free time to enjoy any gambling or even any restaurants.  So pretty disappointed, and was probably the most unbareable and moody jerk to my remaining coworkers.

Anyone else have any serious disappointments just cause of an unfortunate monkey wrench being thrown into your plans last minute?
